Based on interactions with internal and external partners and customers s/he creates a holistic view of the regional market for her/his product portfolio by conducting “voice of customers” and competitive analysis and derives and details value proposition for new products realized together with the Global PM and product creation teams. S/he will be responsible to define a winning portfolio meeting market and customer expectations securing profitable business. S/he will be accountable for the portfolio P&L including revenue, profitability, long term growth. S/he will bring a growth-oriented and customer-centric mind-set, excellent commercial acumen and cross functional experience, and a hands-on leadership style into the team. The successful candidate will be part of the Product Management team EMEA and will report to the Head of Regional Product Management of Industrial Panel & Relay Solutions sub-vertical.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>KEY RESPONSBILITIES:</b></H2> </div><div><p>Articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape<br> Conduct market segmentation exercises to develop market segment-specific strategies <br> Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking<br> Define segment–specific value propositions that beat the competition<br> Design go to market strategy, inclusive of channel strategy and partnerships<br> Manage the product lifecycle, by actively promoting or exiting products<br> Work cross functionally to shape sales and marketing strategies and goals, in line with financial goals.
