About Your New Role This role sits within the Group Aftersales team at Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA) and is responsible for monitoring market field performance to identify and escalate technical concerns to the manufacturer, while providing insights to VGA leadership and the broader technical team. You will support the management of technical campaigns, safety cases, and provide Level 1 and Level 2 diagnostic support as part of the repair advisory process. This opportunity is suited to a qualified technician looking to transition from the workshop into a national-level technical role. Working across Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, CUPRA and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, you will contribute to supporting our dealer network, enhancing diagnostic capability, and further developing your expertise.
