<p>Part of the Saudi Sales Team, the Sales Supervisor role is responsible for developing COTY business Across Retail Stores and Duty paid Stores in the Western region. The role requires managing a team of Beauty advisors and managing the day to day Sell-out at the assigned stores.</p> <p> </p> <table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width:549.4pt" valign="top"> <p><strong>Key Job Accountabilities</strong></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p> <ol> <li><strong>Drive COTY sell-out and build up strong market share</strong></li> </ol> <p><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the driving force in increasing the sales performance of COTY Sell OUT.</li> <li>Execute strategies and plans in line with the local deployment to ensure sales and market share targets are met.</li> <li>Achieve monthly sellout And Market share Targets</li> <li>Full responsibility of Store fundamentals (Visibility, availability/ordering, aging stocks, inventory rotation, etc…)</li> <li>Build strong business relationship with Store managers and Staff</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <ol start="2"> <li><strong>Manage, lead, coach and motivate BA’s</strong></li> </ol> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Manage and lead a team of beauty advisors across retail & Duty Paid stores.</li> <li>Ability to coach, train, motivate, support and maximize output of the Beauty advisors.</li> <li>Sharing the passion for beauty market and COTY brands, to the customers and the BA team</li> <li>Track the individual performance of each BA in a constructive manner</li> <li>Ensure the Team of BAs fulfills their key responsibilities and achieve their Targets.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="3"> <li><strong>Communication and analytics:</strong></li> </ol> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Report field activities, BAs & product performance as well as competitions activities</li> <li>Ability to identify and communicate the required plans needed to deliver the Targets.</li> <li>Ability to prepare presentations and conduct Business reviews/Analysis.</li> <li>Good analytical skills and use of data in the day to day operation.</li> <li>Good communication skills (English & Arabic) with growth mindset.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width:549.4pt" valign="top"> <p><strong>Reporting line</strong></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Reporting to Western Region Sales Manager</li> </ul> <table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width:549.4pt" valign="top"> <p><strong>Essential Skills required</strong></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <ul> <li>Strong communication in both Arabic and English (written and verbal), presentation and organizational skills</li> <li>High selling skills</li> <li>Strong Retail / Business / Commercial sense</li> <li>Beauty Industry affinity & knowledge</li> <li>Proactive attitude</li> <li>Flexibility</li> <li>Detailed and factual</li> <li>Team player</li> <li>Proficient computer skills necessary – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li> </ul>
