The program begins with comprehensive in-class training at Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi Bogor which aims to develop your essential sales skills and in-depth product knowledge. Following the in-class training, there will be On the Job training where you will learn about the implementation of the knowledges you gained in in-class training. Upon successfully completing the program, you will step into your role as a Sales Representative, and you'll be deployed to one of our branches across Indonesia where you can start your professional career as Sales in Heavy Equipment industry.<br><br><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Requirements </strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Min. Diploma 3 degree. Open from all major, but preferably from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Marine Engineering major</li> <li>Max. 30 years old</li> <li>Having sales experience max 2 years from heavy equipment, banking, insurance, industrial material, or other related industries</li> <li>Open for fresh graduates from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Marine Engineering major.</li> <li>Have driving license (SIM A)</li> <li>Willing to be placed across Indonesia.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Trainee Program Details</strong></em></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Duration: 6 Months <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Intensive in-class training at Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi, Bogor. Trainee will learn about basic sales skills and product knowledge.</li> <li>Assignment at one of our branches</li> </ul> </li> <li>Final Evaluation: At the end of the trainee program</li> <li>Post Graduation of the Trainee Program: Will be hired as Sales Representative and will be deployed to one of our branches across Indonesia.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
