<p><span id="cke_bm_465S" style="display:none"> </span></p> <p>Req ID 87594 | Shanghai, China, ZF Services (China) Co., Ltd.</p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About The Team</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are seeking a Workshop Training & Network Specialist with a strong automotive technical background and training experience for our Passenger Car Segment, Aftermarket China at our location of Xuhui, Shanghai, China.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you can look forward to as Workshop & Network Training Specialist - Passenger Car Aftermarket:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">The role will provide the technical training, product guidance, hands-on support, and sales conversion to channel partners and workshops in the passenger car aftermarket.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Develop and implement a national technical training system for channel partners and workshops, including course design, material development, and hands-on instruction, sales conversion, etc..</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Design and deliver hands-on training focused on powertrain & e-mobility, control systems (e.g., braking), and chassis systems, covering fault diagnosis, tool usage, and product installation/matching and sales pitch.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Maintain a deep understanding of leading aftermarket brands and provide technical guidance and solutions.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Collect and analyze workshop pain points and training needs to continuously improve content and delivery.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Support new product launch training to enhance workshop product knowledge and application skills.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Produce high-quality training materials and videos; proficiency in PowerPoint and basic video editing required.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and other relevant teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Profile as Workshop & Network Training Specialist - Passenger Car Aftermarket:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors: Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Repair.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, training, or service management across multiple brands in China.
