<p><span id="cke_bm_465S" style="display:none"> </span></p> <p>Req ID 87894 | Guangzhou, China, ZF (Guangzhou) Technologies Co., Ltd.</p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the Team</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are looking for a new colleague in Material Management team at our location in Guangzhou.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as Regional Buyer APAC – Temp Labor Commodity:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and execute the APAC commodity strategy for Outsourced Labor, Sorting Service, Temporary Worker (Blue collar & White collar).</li> <li>Manage strategic sourcing and supplier management.</li> <li>Plan and execute RFQs, tenders and sourcing activities.</li> <li>Coordinate sourcing decisions and supplier changes with stakeholders.</li> <li>Lead contract negotiations (pricing, service levels, payment terms etc.).</li> <li>Maintain supplier data, contracts and pricing accuracy.</li> <li>Monitor supplier performance (cost, service performance etc.).</li> <li>Drive cost optimization initiatives (benchmarking, network optimization etc.).</li> <li>Conduct market analysis and risk assessment.</li> <li>Support process standardization, digitalization and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally (HR, Quality, Finance, Legal, Operations).</li> <li>Prepare reports and sourcing recommendations for management.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile as Regional Buyer APAC – Temp Labor Commodity:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics or related fields.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management.</li> <li>Strong background in labor services, staffing, outsourcing, or operational services.</li> <li>Strong strategic sourcing and supplier management capabilities.</li> <li>Knowledge of labor market dynamics and outsourcing models.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical and cost management skills.</li> <li>Experience in international or matrix organizations (preferred).</li> <li>Understanding of labor law and compliance considerations across APAC (preferred).</li> <li>Fluent in English and Mandarin.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why you should choose ZF?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
