<p><span id="cke_bm_465S" style="display:none"> </span></p> <p>Req ID 88068 | Shanghai, China, ZF Automotive Components & Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd</p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the Team</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are currently expanding our R&D team across China and look forward to new colleagues joining us in Shanghai.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as a Damper Application & Development Engineer:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Responsible for product application & development of commercial vehicle shock absorbers that meet the requirements of customers, laws and regulations, safety</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Review relevant customer technical specifications, drawings and other documents, and be responsible for the review of relevant technical agreements</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Responsible for the introduction and promotion of commercial vehicle shock absorbers technology</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Responsible for the application development of commercial vehicle shock absorbers, the establishment and maintenance of relevant materials</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Assist in manufacturing of new prototypes of commercial vehicle shock absorbers</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Coordinate and complete relevant work, prepare relevant documents, to meet the requirements of customer's new product project development, responsible for engineering change management of series products</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Provide technical support for other departments in the company in terms of commercial vehicle shock absorbers</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Participate in cost optimization and production optimization of commercial vehicle shock absorbers, and provide technical support and solutions</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile as a Damper Application & Development Engineer:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Bachelor’s degree or above, major in vehicle engineering or mechanical design</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">More than 3 years’ experience in commercial vehicle chassis components design and application development is preferred</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Familiar with the commercial vehicle chassis suspension, steering system and components related technologies</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Proficient in the application of AutoCAD and Creo 9 software</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Familiar with IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001:2004、OHSAS18001:2007 and other quality systems, knowledge and experience in DFMEA methodology and IQ-RM is preferred</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, proper skills of organization and communication</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Fluent daily English communication, reading and writing of English materials</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why you should choose ZF in Shanghai?</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
