<p><span id="cke_bm_465S" style="display:none"> </span></p> <p>Req ID 88080 | Shanghai, China, ZF Automotive Components & Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd</p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the Team</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions, we are currently expanding our production team across China and looking for new colleagues who will join our team in Shanghai.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as a Production System Engineer:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Act as ZF Production System / Lean expert and foster knowledge transfer/best practice sharing to all functions in the Plant</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Support ZF PS Lead in Plant in implementation of ZF Production System strategy.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Support ZF PS Lead in plant in his qualification and complex/Advanced Method ZF PS workshops/projects for transformation towards Operational Excellence.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Foster continuous know-how transfer and build-up of Lean expertise, lead the systematic observation through the entire Plant organization promoting the problem-solving methods to achieve the Plant targets</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Support monitoring lean implementation progress in Plant and validate effectiveness of needed actions</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Evaluate implementation status at plant level with ZF PS Lead in plant and suggests required key activities</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Conduct and guides in the Plant team in Workshops, Projects and Lean Evaluation aspects to Lean philosophy</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Promote developing standards in expert teams for ZF PS method box (incl. method ownership), its sustainable roll out/ adherence and qualifies ZF PS Resources/ cross-functions within the Plant for independent method application and drives advanced ZF PS workshops/projects in Plant</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile as a Production System Engineer:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Knowledge & experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Strong understanding of manufacturing processes</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Advanced capabilities in problem-solving, data analysis, presentation, project management, and team building</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Strong hands-on ability, and good cross-functional collaboration skills in the matrix with team spirit</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Very good oral and written communication skills and fluent in English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why you should choose ZF in China?</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
