Perform claim process to sub-suppliers and follow up on 8D reports.</li> <li>Conduct supplier PPAP approval for intercompany. Support PPAP approval for external suppliers.</li> <li>Ensure incoming inspection according to company procedure.</li> <li>Conduct process audits at suppliers according to VDA6.3, BMW GS90018 or VW Formel Q.</li> <li>Lead the core team to get incoming control plan and incoming check sheets reviewed and updated in time.</li> <li>Conduct monthly monitoring and analysis of supplier non-conformities and supplier performance.</li> <li>Conduct employee training to incoming inspectors.</li> <li>Local process expert in SAP operation.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Profile as Supplier Quality Engineer:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>University or college degree in engineering.</li> <li>3 years of experience in quality assurance within automotive industry.</li> <li>Fluent in verbal and written English.</li> <li>MS Office required, SAP desired.</li> <li>Quality management requirements according to IATF 16949.</li> <li>Product and process audit according to VDA 6.3/6.5.</li> <li>Quality management tools (Q7 tools).</li> <li>Automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA).</li> <li>Well skill of supplier communication.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Why you should choose ZF?</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
