<p><span id="cke_bm_465S" style="display:none"> </span></p> <p>Req ID 87465 | Shanghai, China, ZF Automotive Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd</p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the Team</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are looking for a new colleague in plant at our location in Shanghai.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as a Facility Supervisor:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for buildings, machinery, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other plant infrastructure.</li> <li>Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.</li> <li>Manage repairs and troubleshooting of facility equipment in collaboration with maintenance team.</li> <li>Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., janitorial, landscaping, utility providers).</li> <li>Oversee contractor work to ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.</li> <li>Monitor and manage facility-related supplies, spare parts, and equipment inventory.</li> <li>Assist in budget preparation and control expenses related to facility operations.</li> <li>Optimize energy usage and oversee utility systems (water, gas, electricity).</li> <li>Identify and implement cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.</li> <li>Lead and train maintenance staff. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to policies.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile as a Facility Supervisor:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor or equivalent (degree in Facility Management, engineering, or related field preferred).</li> <li>Experience: 3+ years in facility/maintenance supervision (manufacturing setting preferred).</li> <li>Technical Skills: Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems; familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Project.</li> <li>Certifications: Construction, Electrical, HVAC, or related certifications are a plus.</li> <li>Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why you should choose ZF?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
