Drive and Manage Follow-up of PPAC problem solving activities to ensure effective resolution</li> <li>Monitor PPAC issues status. Interface with PPAC committee and safety representatives</li> <li>Identify operational, technical, or business problems and develop actionable solutions. Conduct root‑cause analysis using structured methods (5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto, etc.).</li> <li>Evaluate alternative solutions and assess potential risks or impacts. Implement improvements and monitor effectiveness through KPIs.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on problem definitions and solutions.</li> <li>Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely. Use data to support decision‑making and validate outcomes with analytics expertise.</li> <li>Lead structured problem‑solving workshops (A3, DMAIC, PDCA). Monitor processes and identify inefficiencies or quality issues.</li> <li>Drive Lean or Six Sigma initiatives to achieve measurable improvements.</li> <li>Train teams in problem‑solving methodologies.
