This role oversees technical service delivery, team capability, and service profitability while acting as a key link between local service teams, regional functions, and factory Centers of Competence.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Tahoma, sans-serif"> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as Field Service Manager – Marine:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage marine service teams across mechanical and control systems</li> <li>Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex service issues and escalations</li> <li>Ensure service quality, safety compliance, and operational readiness</li> <li>Oversee service performance including revenue, cost control, and manpower planning</li> <li>Drive team capability development through training and coaching initiatives</li> <li>Support dealer network development and service standards</li> <li>Act as a key interface with factories and regional teams on warranty and technical topics</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Your Profile as Field Service Manager – Marine:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering</li> <li>11–12 years of experience in marine engineering or service operations</li> <li>Strong knowledge of marine mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems (PLC knowledge is an advantage)</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical schematics</li> <li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills</li> <li>Willingness to travel offshore and overseas as required</li> <li>Proficient in English; additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why should you choose ZF in Singapore?</strong><br><strong>Individual Growth</strong>: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
