General Function: Responsible for the electrical Design, Issue & Implementation of electrical control systems of all products under the Standard Product umbrella. Performs diversified electrical machine design and controls on new or improvements/adaptations to existing machines with limited supervision. Experience: Four years of experience in Engineering field, preferably in machine manufacturing and controls of high-speed machinery. Proficiency in Rockwell Automation PLC and HMI programming is required. Siemen TIA Portal programming is a definite plus. Specific experience in rotary machinery or high-speed packaging machinery is beneficial. Must be proficient in AutoCad R13 (or later), and ISO 9001. Must have good technical written and verbal communication skills. Must be capable of using typical Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of CE (European Safety Standards) is a plus.
