Your Role: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Design and perform regular maintenance and optimization of electrical control systems within the plant to ensure reliable operation.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Work with the Maintenance department to schedule and oversee preventative maintenance activities for electrical systems.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in electrical systems, implementing repairs as needed to minimize downtime.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Monitor electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, conducting necessary inspections and audits.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Manage and execute improvement projects within stipulated timeframes and budget constraints, ensuring they meet intended design specifications as per the capability of Project Excellence.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Conduct comprehensive analysis and develop solutions for optimal performance, ensuring integration of new technologies and analytics tools as needed.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Develop and implement standardized procedures that facilitate easy maintenance, minimize downtime, and reduce maintenance costs based on the Design for Maintenance capability.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Contribute to the execution of the Life Science strategy and strive for technological advancement by evaluating effective, sustainable, and state-of-the-art solutions in line with applicable safety and quality requirements.</li> </ul> Physical Attributes: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Sit, stand, walk, reach above the shoulder, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch for long periods of time.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Use close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision and the ability to adjust focus.</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including hardhat, safety shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, safety harness and protective clothing.</li> </ul> Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">3+ years of experience in Engineering.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Verbal written and communication skills.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">PMP Certification.</li> </ul> RSREMD Pay Range for this position: $96,700/yr - $145,000/yr The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
