<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">We are looking for an <strong>Application Engineer</strong> (multiple processes like: Metal technology, Injection Molding, Stand-alone equipment) for our plant in <strong>Satu Mare</strong>.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaboration on innovation, technology and organizational projects within and outside the specialist area;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Plan and implement production systems and processes for existing and new products in the Dräxlmaier Group plants to be serviced worldwide in cooperation with all relevant departments;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensuring that planning, procurement, commissioning, parameterization and clocking-out of production and testing systems are carried out in accordance with requirements, taking into account the project objectives and applying knowledge of almost all production processes, as well as developing new or further developing existing system technologies;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Planning and monitoring of equipment budgets on equipment level with the aim to meet the given targets;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Creation, maintenance and reconciliation of the operating resources schedules with the project schedules in cooperation with the project team;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaboration in the know-how transfer within the own department as well as support of the supervisor in the know-how transfer and onboarding process in the plants of the HV segment to be supervised.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Higher Education or comparable training or master or technician in production;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">2 years of experience in Automation;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of English;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepared to take business trips including sojourns abroad (no long-term stays abroad).</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Benefits:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Initial training;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Career advancement opportunities;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Business trips.</span></li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">If you are an enthusiast person and you want to develop professionally in an international environment, please send us your application! </span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">All candidates that fit the profile will be contacted in maximum 3 weeks.</span></span></span></p>
