What You’ll Be Doing: <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Support and implement organization Safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy and zero-incident work environment, including ensuring compliance with Bunge safety policies by all staff, contractors and visitors.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Communicate safety issues, concerns & policy changes to all plant personnel, including conducting safety and/or regulatory training for facility personnel, visitors and/or contractors.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Inspect assigned facility area(s) to ensure compliance with SHE policies and procedures and applicable local, state/provincial and federal rules and regulations.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Provides documentation and oversight with site-specific regulatory programs, including but not limited to those deemed necessary by OSHA.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Responsible for collecting, maintaining, and organizing regulatory records. </li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Track injuries and equipment damage events. </li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Assist management with accident investigations to identify causes and to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Support environmental sustainability throughout the assigned facility.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Provides support in enforcing policies and procedures to reduce or eliminate high potential exposures.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Provides support to the Loss Prevention Control inspection process at the facility, with emphasis on fire prevention and fire protection equipment.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Executes responses plans in the event of an environmental emergency.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Supports the implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) programs at the assigned location with solvents, hydrogen, ammonia, and chlorine.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Coordinates worker’s compensation claims in conjunction with insurance companies or service companies.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Implements fire protection and security systems to protect property from loss. </li> </ul> Skills/Experience Requirements: <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Degree preferred or up to 3 years of safety or environmental experience required.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Demonstrated experience with making improvements in SIF potential incidents (Serious Injury, Fatality) and HPE’s (High Potential Exposures) preferred.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Demonstrated success in the application of EHS standards, compliance with regulations, and the promotion of a safe working environment preferred.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Strong
