<p><strong>We're looking for an experienced retail leader who maintains high standards of themselves and their team to work in our Carrum Downs Clearance Outlet in VIC. </strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Retail Leaders are expected to lead from the front, inspire success in all areas of people management and store management. </strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Address identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Drive continuous improvements in the store’s sales, productivity and profitability.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Lead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Work with the District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth and to ensure consistent investment in team's capabilities. </p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Conducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performance.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Effectively managing all retail operations within a clearance store environment.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p> Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.</p> <p> </p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>The successful candidate:</strong></p> <p>You will have a commercial mindset and strong retail background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.</p> <p><br>You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Experience in the following will be highly regarded:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Retail Store Manager experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear would be desirable but not essential </p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>You have experience as a leader in coaching and mentoring your team to succeed </p> </li> </ul> <p style="list-style-type:disc"> </p> <p><strong>What’s on offer?</strong></p> <p>A competitive annual salary, retail bonus scheme, and adidas employee benefits are also on offer to the successful candidate</p>
