Join us now!</em></span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your role & impact:</strong></p> <p>Lead the full management of the store, ensuring its commercial success and driving profitability by:</p> <ul> <li>Achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets.</li> <li>Managing all store resources to deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers.</li> <li>Ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement in sales, productivity and store profitability.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with legal and financial standards, safeguarding the store’s integrity.</li> <li>Lead by example on the sales floor, driving customer service excellence and team performance.</li> <li>Maintain strong floor presence, ensuring focus on customer service and sales even in your absence.</li> <li>Plan and manage staff schedules effectively, ensuring smooth store operations and service delivery.</li> <li>Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently reflecting adidas values and culture.</li> <li>Ensure ongoing team training on customer service, brand, and product knowledge.</li> <li>Oversee store operations in line with company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Ensure consistent execution of Visual Merchandising and in-store communication standards.</li> <li>Manage stock flow efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and product availability on the sales floor.</li> <li>Ensure accurate and efficient cash desk operations.</li> <li>Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive store environment.</li> <li>Drive recruitment and development of the store team, ensuring alignment with HR policies.</li> <li>Build a high-performance culture through clear goal setting, performance analysis, and regular feedback.</li> <li>Share best practices to support performance across stores.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we are looking for in you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 18 months’ experience in a sports or fashion retail environment, including at least 12 months in a Store Manager role.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate a team to deliver an excellent customer experience.</li> <li>Effective communication, decision-making and analytical skills.</li> <li>Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.</li> <li>Fluency in Italian and English</li> <li>Solid understanding of Visual Merchandising and inventory management.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Salary starting from €42.000</li> <li>CCNL Commercio – Level 1</li> <li>Meal vouchers</li> <li>Variable bonus</li> <li>Welfare and corporate benefits program</li> <li>Employee Assistance Program and accident insurance</li> <li>Employee discounts</li> <li>Access to our learning platform and development opportunities</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Sound good?
