Your role & impact: As Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards. You help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience. You act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance</li> <li>Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service culture</li> <li>Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilities</li> <li>Drive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations</li> <li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires</li> <li>Monitor and analyze store KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability</li> <li>Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines</li> <li>Handle challenging interpersonal situations professionally and support a positive team environment</li> <li>Take ownership of specific store responsibilities and lead initiatives in line with business needs</li> <li>Step in for the Store Manager when required</li> </ul> What we are looking for in you: <ul> <li>Minimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Store Manager</li> <li>Strong team leadership and coaching skills</li> <li>Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance</li> <li>Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Good knowledge of MS Office</li> <li>English proficiency (minimum B2 level)</li> </ul> What we offer: <ul> <li>Salary starting from €31.300</li> <li>CCNL Commercio – Level 2</li> <li>Meal vouchers</li> <li>Variable bonus</li> <li>Welfare and corporate benefits program</li> <li>Employee Assistance Program and accident insurance</li> <li>Employee discounts</li> <li>Access to our learning platform and development opportunities</li> </ul> Fixed term contract Sound good?
