Through proactive new business development and strategic account management, you will maximise profitability, strengthen client relationships and enhance market share for Meliá White House, ME London and Meliá London Kensington. <h3>Your responsibilities:</h3> • Proactively hunt for new high-potential corporate, government and pharmaceutical accounts to drive group and catering revenue. • Achieve a minimum number of weekly sales appointments through office visits, site inspections, FAM trips and virtual meetings. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within managed accounts. • Negotiate rates in line with hotel objectives, Business Plan targets and a focus on high-ADR production. • Analyse corporate sales performance on a weekly basis, reviewing account production and implementing corrective actions where required. • Review market analysis, RGI performance and competitor activity with the Director of Sales to improve hotel results. • Participate in sales blitzes, roadshows, presentations, networking events, FAM trips and other sales initiatives to achieve annual targets. • Create and execute Account Development Plans in alignment with the Director of Sales and overall sales strategy. • Support wider sales team activities including show rounds, presentations, reports, networking events and special projects. <h3>What are we looking for:</h3> • Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills • Proven experience in corporate and group sales within a hotel or hospitality environment • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong hunting capability • Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider sales team At Meliá we are all VIP Great professionals who make everyday life easier and exceptional.
