Warehouse Team Lead - Night Shift 6pm - 6am - M4 Warehouse Team Lead – Warehouse Floor- Saxonburg, PA – Night 6pm - 6am- M4 PURPOSE Focuses on the day-to-day activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This position involves ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and safely, managing inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records. Works closely with the Warehouse Manager to support overall operational goals. Supervises the activities of designated manufacturing or Supply Chain processes. The Process Lead provides daily leadership by monitoring operational measures, assuring customer requirements are met, identifying basic operational problems, finding solutions to these problems and implementing them accordingly for their designated manufacturing processes. You will organize the work efforts of team members to achieve and exceed team performance goals, which, conform to established operating procedures and good manufacturing practices. Also supports ongoing continuous improvement efforts. The Process Lead assists in the hiring process of new team members and administers policies and procedures, ensuring that proper communication with employees is completed for their assigned processes. You may also fill in and perform activities of workers supervised when needed.
