Global Consumer/Media Data & AI Strategy Lead m/f/d The Global Consumer/Media Data & AI Strategy Lead will shape and evolve consumer and media data as a strategic enterprise asset across Marketing, Media, Consumer Insights, and the broader commercial organization. This role defines the vision, roadmap, governance, and activation of data across channels, platforms, and markets to enable privacy-compliant personalization, stronger measurement, predictive insights, and improved marketing performance at global scale. Working with internal teams and external partners, the role will build robust data foundations and AI-ready capabilities that turn consumer data into continuous intelligence for more precise engagement, optimized spend, and sustained business impact. master’s degree preferred;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">10+ years of experience leading and evolving consumer data strategy at global scale;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Proven experience leading or shaping large-scale consumer data and marketing data platforms;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end data architecture design, including ingestion, modelling, interoperability, and activation;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Deep expertise designing and operating privacy consent and identity-aware data systems;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Demonstrated experience collaborating with external data and media partners;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience partnering with technology, digital, analytics, and marketing teams to build data-driven capabilities and tools;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong measurement orientation, with experience defining effectiveness frameworks;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience employing advanced data techniques such as segmentation, predictive modelling, machine learning enabled activation, and experimentation;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong executive communication, transformation leadership, and AI/data fluency;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Ability to lead transformation initiatives, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Demonstrated experience designing and implementing AI/ML-powered data capabilities;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Practical experience with identity resolution strategies, including clean room technologies;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Fluent English required;
