Regional Capability Community Lead The IP Senior Manager & IP Experience Lead is accountable for the end to end Invoice Processing (IP) experience across S2P, ensuring First Time Right (FTR) outcomes, a coherent Home & Work operating model, and measurable value realization at scale. The role provides enterprise level stewardship of how Invoice Processing is experienced by suppliers and internal stakeholders—from invoice receipt through payment and resolution—while operational steering is exercised for Global Suppliers, Germany, and Switzerland through governance, prioritization, and decision clarity.
