Release Management Support</h3> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Support <span>technical Release Management</span> for SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP across program and run phases.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to <span>Change & Release Management</span> processes and <span>GxP compliance</span> requirements.</li> <li>Identify release risks and ensure transparent communication of impacts and status to all relevant stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h3>2. SAP DevOps & ALM Toolchain</h3> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Support the operation and continuous improvement of the <span>SAP DevOps and ALM toolchain</span>, including: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><span>SAP Solution Manager</span> (Focused Build, SolDoc, Change & Release, Test Management)</li> <li><span>Cloud Transport Management / gCTS</span></li> <li><span>ServiceNow</span></li> <li><span>Tricentis Tosca</span></li> <li><span>Cloud ALM</span></li> <li><span>Signavio</span></li> <li><span>Celonis</span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3>3. Automation & Innovation</h3> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Contribute to automation across release, change, test, and deployment processes.</li> <li>Support <span>CI/CD concepts</span> and <span>GenAI-enabled innovation</span> using tools such as <span>ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot</span>.</li> </ul> <h3>4. Technical Support to Development Teams</h3> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Support development teams with expertise in: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><span>ABAP</span> (OO ABAP, enhancements, transports, dependencies)</li> <li><span>SAP Fiori/UI5</span> lifecycle and deployment considerations</li> </ul> </li> <li>Contribute to release-ready architectures, transport strategies, and testability reviews with a focus on <span>operability</span>, <span>releasability</span>, and <span>compliance</span>.</li> </ul> <h3>5. <li><span>Release/Test Engineers</span></li> <li>external IT Operations partners, including <span>RISE with SAP</span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Who You Are</h2> <h3>Education & Experience</h3> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in <span>Computer Science, Information Technology</span>, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li> <li><span>5+ years of experience</span> in <span>SAP Release Management, DevOps, or Technical Delivery</span>, ideally in a regulated (<span>GxP</span>) environment.</li> </ul> <h3>Technical Expertise</h3> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Solid hands-on background in <span>ABAP development</span>.</li> <li>Good understanding of <span>SAP Fiori/UI5 lifecycles</span>.</li> <li>Experience with: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><span>SAP Solution Manager</span></li> <li><span>Cloud Transport Management</span></li> <li><span>SAP ALM / DevOps concepts</span></li> </ul> </li> <li>Practical
