Fiori/UI5</span> to join our team.</p> <p>This role enables, drives, and supports reliable and compliant releases across <span>SAP S/4HANA</span> and <span>SAP BTP</span>, while continuously improving the <span>DevOps toolchain</span>, <span>automation</span>, and <span>delivery quality</span> in close collaboration with development, testing, and IT Operations teams.</p> <p>The ideal candidate acts as a <span>subject-matter expert</span> and <span>technical enabler</span>, and is comfortable leveraging modern <span>AI-powered tools</span>, including <span>GenAI-enabled innovation</span>, to drive continuous improvement.</p> <hr> <h2>Your Tasks and Responsibilities</h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Enable and drive <span>technical Release Management</span> for SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP across both program and run phases, ensuring adherence to <span>Change &amp; Release Management</span> processes and <span>GxP compliance</span> requirements.</li> <li>Identify release risks, propose mitigation actions, and ensure transparent communication of impacts and status to all relevant stakeholders.</li> <li>Drive the design, operation, and continuous improvement of the <span>SAP DevOps and ALM toolchain</span>, including: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>SAP Solution Manager (<span>Focused Build, SolDoc, Change &amp; Release, Test Management</span>)</li> <li>Cloud Transport Management / <span>gCTS</span></li> <li><span>ServiceNow</span></li> <li><span>Tricentis Tosca</span></li> <li><span>Cloud ALM</span></li> <li><span>Signavio</span></li> <li><span>Celonis</span></li> </ul> </li> <li>Promote and enable automation across release, change, test, and deployment processes, including <span>CI/CD concepts</span> and <span>GenAI-enabled innovation</span> using tools such as <span>ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot</span>.</li> <li>Act as a technical sparring partner for development teams, providing deep expertise in: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><span>ABAP</span> (OO ABAP, enhancements, transports, dependencies)</li> <li><span>SAP Fiori/UI5</span> lifecycle and deployment considerations</li> </ul> </li> <li>Advise on release-ready architectures, transport strategies, and testability, while reviewing and challenging technical solutions with a focus on <span>operability</span>, <span>releasability</span>, and <span>compliance</span>.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement through: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>post-release reviews</li> <li>lessons learned</li> <li>measurable quality and automation improvements</li> </ul> </li> <li>Collaborate closely with <span>Release Managers, System Owners, Release/Test Engineers</span>, and external IT Operations partners, including <span>RISE with SAP</span>.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Who You Are</h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in <span>Computer Science, Information Technology</span>, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li> <li><span>8+ years of experience</span> in <span>SAP Release Management, DevOps, or Technical Delivery</span>, ideally in a regulated (<span>GxP</span>) environment.</li> <li>Strong hands-on background in <span>ABAP development</span> and solid understanding of <span>SAP Fiori/UI5 lifecycles</span>.</li> <li>Proven expertise in: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><span>SAP Solution Manager</span></li> <li><span>Cloud Transport Management</span></li> <li><span>SAP ALM / DevOps concepts</span></li> </ul> </li> <li>Practical experience with: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><span>CI/CD</span></li> <li><span>test automation</span> (e.g. <span>Tricentis Tosca</span>)</li> <li><span>release automation</span></li> </ul>
