Provide clear goals, regular feedback, and career development for engineers, and testers </li> <li>Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning</li> <li>Deliver high quality eCommerce features and services. Partner with business stakeholders to plan and deliver capabilities</li> <li>Define and track KPIs (availability, performance, error rates, customer conversion and checkout success) </li> <li>Balance short term delivery needs with long term platform and architecture improvements</li> <li>Ensure continuous development, training, and coaching for team members (technical skills, agile practices, leadership) </li> <li>Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and support growth paths for senior ICs and future leaders</li> <li>Participate in hiring: role definition, interviews, and selection of new engineering talent </li> <li>Ensure effective onboarding so new team members become productive quickly and feel part of the team</li> <li>Monitor performance and productivity; address issues early, constructively, and fairly </li> <li>Use metrics and feedback to identify improvement areas in both people and processes</li> <li>Initiate and evolve SCRUM / Kanban based processes tailored to ecommerce delivery (short iterations, clear priorities, predictable delivery) </li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in Operations to meet annual KPI and SLA targets (e.g., uptime, incident resolution time, defect rates)</li> <li>Collaborate closely with SRE/operations teams where relevant.
