Works closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Requirements</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>6+ years of QA experience with strong focus on Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud)</li> <li>Hands-on experience in manual + automation testing</li> <li>Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA best practices</li> <li>Experience in automation tools: Selenium / Playwright / Opkey</li> <li>Programming knowledge in Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript</li> <li>Experience with test frameworks: TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Mocha/Jest</li> <li>Good knowledge of SQL and data validation</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git</li> <li>Exposure to IICS, API testing, and system integrations (SFDC, CPQ, ERP)</li> <li>Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot) for testing optimization</li> <li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications</li> <li>Perform end-to-end manual testing: functional, regression, UI, exploratory, and cross-browser</li> <li>Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, SPIFF logic, and integrations</li> <li>Build and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts (UI + API)</li> <li>Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and improve coverage & reliability</li> <li>Use AI tools to generate test cases, optimize scripts, and accelerate defect analysis</li> <li>Perform data validation and integration testing across systems (SFDC, CPQ, ERP)</li> <li>Log, track, and manage defects using Jira/Azure DevOps</li> <li>Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and provide release sign-off with QA metrics & risks</li> </ul></div></div></div>
