As a Engineering Manager, you be leading a team of highly talented and high performing individuals who will be working across various StorageGRID modules like Manageability, API’s, Security, Various backend modules, Supportability & Observability and integrating with enterprise-grade Manageability products. </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Requirements</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>You have</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Hands on experience leading teams through the full software development life cycle including managing cross functional project teams (Dev, QA and Automation). </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven track record of hiring, growing and nurturing cohesive, high performing development teams. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience building distributed software products. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">AI native software development experience is desired </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">8+ years personal hands-on software development experience. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">1-4 years of experience managing and leading teams developing enterprise products in a high-growth, fast-paced system software engineering company. </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>You might also have</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with object storage or cloud-based infrastructure and platform services. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience working in manageability/control plane related applications. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Development experience working with Web Technologies. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of common web services protocol (HTTPS/JSON/REST).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Scrum of Scrums and experience with CI/CD. </span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education</H2> </div><div><p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or a master’s degree; or equivalent experience is required. </span></p></div></div></div>
