Position Overview The Assistant Quarry Superintendent supports the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of assigned quarry locations. This role partners closely with the Quarry Superintendent to oversee daily production, lead crews, and ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards. This position plays a key role in driving production performance, developing frontline employees, and reinforcing a strong safety culture aligned with Tilcon Connecticut’s core values of Safety, Quality, and Integrity. <h3>Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)</h3> Safety & Compliance <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Promote a zero-incident safety culture;
