JOB PURPOSE The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Store-based profiles within the luxury retail environment, including Client Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Store Director, etc. S/he will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring activities, ensuring the attraction of high-caliber talent aligned with the brand’s values and client experience standards. The role also involves proactively building and nurturing a strong pipeline of retail talent to support business growth, in line with the Prada Group’s vision and strategic priorities.
