connecting to the client, maintaining and developing the relationships (when CRM campaigns will be activated) to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities;</li> <li in synergy with the Back of House, participating to the daily operations of the store and preserving the stock room organized;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Bodoni-DTC">Act in compliance with Company operational and stock procedures, ensuring the safeguarding of Company assets, cash handling (as required, in line with store leadership requests), inventory, logistics and all key reporting activities required by Head Office, while proactively executing Company policies and procedures.</li> </ul> KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers Problem solving, curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is a plus Being able to work in team, as well as alone Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent
