Value You Deliver <ul style="text-align:justify"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Lead technical design decisions for complex features, from conception to deployment.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Architect end-to-end microservices solutions with advanced patterns: authentication, authorization, decoupling services, asynchronous queues, circuit breakers, distributed cache, auto scaling, infrastructure as code, load testing, failover, observability, monitoring, alerting, metrics and tracing.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Integrate LLM-powered features into user interfaces and client applications; and consume AI-based features to deliver smart frontend functionalities.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Develop and deliver as part of an agile team.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Mentor and lead scrum team members by setting positive examples and technical guidance. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Own cloud services end to end, implementing distributed systems using AWS services and best practices such as zero-downtime production deployments, canaries, frequent deployments, and feature-flag-driven development.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Integrate LLM (Large Language Models), MCP (Model Context Protocols), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Implement prompt engineering, reusable prompt templates, and automated evaluation loops to improve outputs.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Deploy and scale model-serving solutions (managed endpoints, containers, model servers) and optimize latency and cost.</li> </ul> Position Requirements <ul style="text-align:justify"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Proficient in writing clean and scalable code using one or more: Golang, NodeJS, Java, Kotlin, or Phyton.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Cloud Native experience with strong DevOps mentality with an understanding of Continuous Delivery and Observability</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Cloud Native experience with a focus on Kubernetes and AWS.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Experience with hexagonal (ports & adapters) architecture, SSR with Express, Webpack, and client-side application development in Typescript, React, Redux and Apollo client/GraphQL.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Experience and practical knowledge on high scale critical customer facing cloud native services development, maintenance and monitoring</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">A high degree of intellectual curiosity and a lack of fear for learning something new.
