Job Functions / Responsibilities </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> Develops New and Improved Remanufacturing Manufacturing Processes and Provides Required Assembly/Machining Process Definition and Documentation. </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> Achieve stability in all engine related processes by establishing process FMEAs, developing and implementing process control plans, and optimizing individual workstations to maximize output. </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> Specify, procure, and approve necessary tools and equipment required to sustain a flexible Remanufacturing process. </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> Develops and maintains new equipment project books, equipment FMEA standards, and Engineering operational standards for use across departments. </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> Supports running business in daily start up’s, continuous improvement and total productive maintenance teams. </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> Manages facility equipment numbering, documentation, and IT system integration. </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> Conducts time and work sequence studies and implements required process modifications to manufacturing operations to improve quality and meet higher market demands. </li> </ul> </div> </div> <div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> Provides direction within working groups to set priorities, project plans, and due dates.
