<p><strong>Your Area of Work:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to lead and support end-to-end DevOps activities across our platform. The role requires strong expertise in containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native technologies such as OpenShift, Argo CD, and Kubernetes.</p> <p>You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and reliable delivery of software across multiple environments, driving automation, improving deployment processes, and maintaining system stability. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of infrastructure, security principles, and modern DevOps practices.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Argo CD</li> <li>Automate build, test, and deployment processes</li> <li>Ensure smooth and stable production releases across multiple environments</li> <li>Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and OpenShift/Kubernetes</li> <li>Develop and maintain Helm charts for application deployment</li> <li>Monitor system health, performance, and availability across environments</li> <li>Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis</li> <li>Lead DevOps activities including build, deployment, and environment management</li> <li>Collaborate closely with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders</li> <li>Develop a strong understanding of the business domain to align technical solutions with business needs</li> <li>Contribute to solution design, technical analysis, and architecture discussions</li> <li>Participate in requirement analysis and help translate business needs into technical implementations</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement and DevOps best practices</li> <li>Apply security best practices across CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure</li> <li>Ensure secure configurations and access control</li> <li>Support DevSecOps initiatives and compliance requirements</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Argo CD</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms</li> <li>Solid knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker</li> <li>Experience creating and managing Helm charts</li> <li>Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Shell) for automation and troubleshooting</li> <li>Experience managing production environments and deployments</li> <li>Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools</li> <li>Understanding of security concepts and DevSecOps practices</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to work across multiple environments and systems</li> <li>Strong collaboration and communication skills</li> <li>Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP , Azure)</li> <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of <strong>Go (Golang)</strong></li> <li>Familiarity with additional programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, or similar)</li> </ul> <p> </p>
