The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join SEPHORA UK as a Ecommerce Controlling Manager, playing a critical role in driving financial performance and supporting the growth of our E-Commerce business. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on financial expertise with strategic thinking - owning key aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and shape future profitability. You’ll be a trusted advisor to the E-Commerce & Marketing teams, translating financial data into clear insights that drive action, performance, and long-term growth.
