<p><strong>Your role in our team:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Lead and inspire a team responsible for testing and tuning complex cigarette making machinery</li> <li>Drive a culture of safety, LEAN thinking and practices, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Uphold high 5S standards and promoting operational excellence in the Tune & Test area</li> <li>Develop, optimize and maintain efficient assembly and testing procedures</li> <li>Plan and coordinate resources to ensure on-time, in-full machine delivery</li> <li>Monitor and contribute to company-wide KPIs, including productivity and quality</li> <li>Manage customer feedback and ensure swift and effective resolution of complaints</li> <li>Support capacity planning and workforce development in collaboration with leadership</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Degree/Master in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with excellent results</li> <li>5+ years of experience in mechanical machinery assembly and testing</li> <li>Proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset</li> <li>Strong command of English and excellent communication skills</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications</li> <li>A proactive, responsible, and committed approach to workExperience in leading teams is a strong advantage</li> </ul> <p> </p><p><strong>Recruitment Team</strong></p> <p>For questions please contact us via [email protected].
