<p>The salary range for this position is between 120.000 € gross/year and 160.000 € gross/year. The agreed total compensation will be determined based on an individuals candidate’s qualifications and experience.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Tasks - What you can expect as Director Finance Germany (f/m/d):</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>You manage all core finance activities in Germany, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, credit & collection, and treasury, ensuring compliance with Group policies and legal requirements.</li> <li>By preparing accurate financial data and forecasts, you ensure timely and reliable reporting aligned with Group guidelines and local regulations.</li> <li>You ensure strong financial governance by applying internal control procedures, implementing audit recommendations, and maintaining compliance with legal, tax, and insurance obligations.</li> <li>You provide meaningful financial analysis, interpretation, and guidance to site management, business units, and regional controllers (f/m/d) to support sound decision-making and business performance.</li> <li>Acting as a trusted advisor (f/m/d), you support management and business units on the financial dimensions of operations, helping them achieve strategic objectives in line with statutory, legal, and policy requirements.</li> <li>Leading, motivating, and developing your team is key to fostering high performance, professional growth, and efficient collaboration across finance and the wider organization.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile - What you bring as Director Finance Germany (f/m/d):</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>You hold a relevant university degree, for example in Finance or Business Management.</li> <li>At least eight years of progressive finance management experience are part of your background.</li> <li>You bring experience in people management, enabling you to lead a team.</li> <li>International exposure allows you to collaborate across countries and adapt to diverse cultural and regulatory settings.</li> </ul>
