With Heart.</strong></p><p> </p> <p>• Lead, supervise, and develop the Engineering & Maintenance team to achieve departmental and site objectives.</p> <p>• Ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns, technical issues, and utility system failures to minimize production downtime.</p> <p>• Plan, organize, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Develop and implement engineering solutions, reliability improvement programs, and maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance and plant efficiency.</p> <p>• Manage maintenance work schedules, manpower allocation, contractors, and external service providers.</p> <p>• Ensure maintenance tools, spare parts, equipment, machinery, and utilities are maintained in good operating condition.</p> <p>• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</p> <p>• Manage engineering and maintenance budgets, including cost control, CAPEX, and OPEX expenditures.</p> <p>• Monitor and report engineering KPIs, including equipment availability, downtime, maintenance compliance, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.</p> <p>• Support plant improvement projects, equipment installation, modification, commissioning, and expansion activities.</p> <p>• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to improve site performance and reliability.</p> <p>• Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, legal requirements, and all applicable HSE regulations.</p> <p>• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure risk assessments and safe work practices are effectively implemented.</p> <p>• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability, operational efficiency, productivity, and energy performance.</p> <p>• Prepare engineering reports, maintenance performance reviews, and improvement recommendations for management.</p> <p>• Perform other duties and special assignments as directed by management.</p> <p>• Ensure the accountabilities of the HSE function are implemented in accordance with QM-001. </p><p> </p> <p><strong>Are you interested ?</strong></p> <p>If you have any further questions, Sopalak Punriboon is available to assist you.
