<ul> <li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Reports to Team Manager Technology.</li> <li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Conducting tests and analysis of physical / chemical properties of the inks and coatings using various instrumentation and methods at lab.</li> <li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Working on recipe modifications according to customers’ needs, define production data and QC specifications as well as creating SAP data.</li> <li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Visiting customers regularly, participating in print trials and reporting.</li> <li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Working on customer complaints and root cause analysis in a structured way.</li> <li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assisting customers with documentation and information requests on time.</li> <li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Participating in R&D projects, including the preparation and presentation of related materials.</li> <li style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maintaining direct communication with customers on technical topics and ensuring proper internal reporting.</li> </ul> Are you interested?
