The Senior Director â Projects is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, execution, and delivery of major development projects across the organization. The role ensures that projects are delivered in line with corporate objectives, approved budgets, quality standards, and schedule commitments while maintaining full compliance with company policies and governance frameworksPosition Description
The position oversees the development and execution of mixed use residential project, including master scheduling, design delivery planning, procurement strategies, construction management, claims management, and project handover, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications
• Bachelorâs Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. • Masterâs Degree in Project Management or Engineering is an advantage. • Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, or equivalent are desirable.
Experience
• Minimum 18â20 years of experience in large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments. • Proven experience in leading major development projects in the UAE or GCC. • Strong background in project governance, procurement strategy, claims management, and construction delivery. • Demonstrated experience managing multi-billion development portfolios.
