About this role
Job Requirements Performs the work of a Social Worker (MSW) for residents in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The Partial Hospital Therapist will be responsible for facilitating partial hospitalization services and assessments as determined by and according to program standards.
Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 -4:30 pm. There is no flexibility.
Work Experience Required: Current Maryland Social Worker License in good standing. Valid Driver’s License. Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW-C, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor LCPC State of Maryland Preferred Will consider Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW). Required: 2 years post-master’s degree Preferred: 3 or more years Working knowledge of the DSM 5, psychotherapy, psychodynamics, therapeutic techniques, interviewing skills, family, and group theories and cognitive behavioral theory processes. Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with team members. Proficiency with computers and technology to include video conferencing, data entry, electronic medical records, and Microsoft Office
