We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with a degree in Civil
Engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing
and executing construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and
maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Monitor progress and report to Project Manager
- Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve site-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 6-8 years of experience in construction/site engineering
- Strong understanding of construction methods and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NSE, COREN)
- Experience with construction projects in [ residential, Commercial]
