About this role

Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression and seamless spa experience. Handle spa reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and guest inquiries accurately and efficiently. Provide clear explanations of spa treatments, packages, promotions, and pricing to guests. Coordinate therapist schedules, treatment rooms, and inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage payments, billing, guest feedback, and SOP compliance while maintaining a clean and organized spa reception area.Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service (DW experience acceptable). Strong communication skills with fluent English; additional languages are an advantage. Service-oriented mindset with good understanding of spa services/products or willingness to learn. Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and collaborate well within a team. Well-groomed and professional, with basic computer and cashiering skills preferred.
