Responsibilities
Direct the daily operations of the Riverside Golf Club, ensuring a seamless and quality experience for all members and guestsDevelop and implement strategic initiatives to improve service quality, enhance member retention, and increase revenue streamsLead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of teamwork, development, and respectOversee financial performance, managing budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses to ensure profitabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing their needs and feedback proactivelyCollaborate with the events team to plan and execute club events and activitiesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standardsEffectively market the club and attract new members through promotional strategiesRequirements
Prior experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role in the golf industry. In-depth knowledge of club management, operations, and golf programming. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building effective teams. Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to implement innovative marketing strategies. Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Benefits
