We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager/Customer Success to manage our client recruitment projects end-to-end. You'll be the key point of contact between our sales team, recruiters, and clients, ensuring smooth delivery of quality candidates while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment and has experience managing US clients remotely.
ResponsibilitiesReview new client requirements from the sales team, analyze hiring needs, and create comprehensive kickoff emails to set clear expectationsBrief and guide recruiters on client requirements, set delivery timelines, and follow up on candidate submissionsReview and vet candidates before client presentation to ensure they meet specifications and quality standardsHandle escalations, resolve issues, and address client concerns promptly and professionallyTrack project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met according to client expectationsRequirements
2+ years of experience working in a US-based recruitment agency or staffing firmProven track record managing US clients (either as a recruitment manager, project manager, or operations assistant)Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluationExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing prioritiesProblem-solving mindset with ability to handle client escalations professionallyBenefits
