About the Role
We're seeking a proactive Office Administrator to manage daily operations, handle inbound sales inquiries, and provide excellent customer service for our US-based company. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and staying calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound calls, provide accurate quotes, and coordinate employee dispatchFollow up on invoices, estimates, and customer communications to ensure timely responsesBuild and maintain organized systems using Excel and other toolsSupport social media content creation (Canva experience is a plus)Handle bookkeeping tasks and data entry as neededManage unpredictable client queries and complaints with emotional intelligence and professionalismRequirements
