Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to translate strategy into execution planning. You will deliver GrabKios marketing campaigns, marketing offline activity, branding and sponsorship then monitoring its efficiency. You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure good Grab presence in nationwide-level and competitor analysis. Reporting to the Manager, you will work onsite in our Jakarta Head Office
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Own end-to-end GTM planning, execution, and budget management for strategic (non-BAU) campaigns for digital goodsDefine campaign strategy, mechanics, messaging, positioning, and experimentation roadmapPartner closely with Business Owners to align on objectives, priorities, success metrics, and translate them into GTM directionLead campaign kick-offs and manage cross-functional alignment across Creative, Social, CRM, Ops, and other stakeholdersOversee execution quality, timelines, dependencies, and resolve cross-team blockers or strategic risksEvaluate, analyze, and report campaign performance and insights What Essential Skills You Will Need
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any majorAt least 2 years of experience in field such as Marketing/ CommunicationsExperiences in marketing campaigns execution within relevant industries (FMCG, retail or e-commerce)Proficiency in English both written and oral Life at Grab
