Anyfin is looking for a Finnish-speaking Operations Agent in Stockholm10–15 hours/week | Office-based in central Stockholm | Perfect alongside studies

We’re hiring Operations Agents (part-time) to help us deliver an amazing customer experience and make smart credit decisions all while building Anyfin’s mission: helping people improve their financial lives.
What you’ll do (for real)You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations and work across two main areas:
1) Credit & application analysis
Review and evaluate customer applications
Make decisions in line with our credit policies
Spot patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities
2) Customer communication (Finnish + English)
Help customers via email, phone, chat, and social media
Provide clear, friendly and efficient support
Be part of making Anyfin one of the best customer experiences in fintech
Who you areWe think you’ll thrive here if you:
Speak fluent Finnish and have strong English skills
Like solving problems and taking responsibility
Are friendly, sharp, and learn fast
Want a stable part-time role long-term
Can work 10–15 hours/week (weekdays + some weekends)
Bonus: Swedish and/or German
