Your Responsibilities - Project Leadership: Manage and oversee international development projects in the field of contacts and springs – from concept to successful implementation. - Technology Integration: Introduce innovative technologies and best practices into our products and processes. - Material Selection: Select and approve suitable materials, considering functionality, cost, and regulatory requirements. - Partnership Management: Establish and maintain sustainable partnerships with research institutes and universities. - Technical Support: Provide support for technical inquiries related to the development and production of contact and spring components. - Knowledge Sharing: Promote collaboration and knowledge exchange within the HARTING Technology Group.
