Resource Innovations is seeking a Jr. Training Associate to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a Jr. Training Associate, you will train our customer service and data processing initiatives through hosting creative training courses and educational programs.
Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, supporting customer service and processing queues, communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Trainers are responsible for managing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs.
Our ideal candidate has experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs and e-learning. Experience with on-boarding new employees, strong customer service, and soft-skills development, is also essential. If you can think of and design engaging ways to train our employees, we’d like to meet you.

Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct Customer Service and Data processing training courses along with other training courses as assignedSupport Customer Service and Data Processing queuesSelect appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)Design and prepare educational aids and materialsAssess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIsPartner with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and liaise with experts regarding instructional designMaintain updated curriculum database and training recordsResponsible for managing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programsOther duties as assigned.Requirements
Previous work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar roleHands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate settingKnowledge of instructional design theory and implementationFamiliarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniquesProven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)2+ years customer interaction experienceBachelor’s degree in Education, Training, HR, or related field preferredInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.Benefits

Compensation & Benefits
Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $38k-$40k. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
